For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the you

Evang Ps. Kenneth Nandoha

Evang Ps. Kenneth Nandoha

For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 3:17-18

For in the LORD, we hope; He will hear and is when we call upon Him, Lord our God. For I said, Hear me, lest they rejoice over me, Lest, when my foot slips, and they exalt themselves against me. For I am ready to fall, And my sorrow is continually before me. For I will declare my iniquity; I will be in anguish over my sin.

But my enemies are vigorous, and they are strong; And those who hate me wrongfully have multiplied. Those also who render evil for good, They are my adversaries, because I follow what is good. Do not forsake me, O LORD; O my God, be not far from me! Make haste to help me, O Lord, my salvation! The scriptures say it in Psalms 38.

And (John 3:16 -17) say’s For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

God loved us so much, when we were still sinners, that He decided to give up His son so that we could be saved. Jesus Christ endured all the pain and the suffering, so that we could be redeemed from our sins. Jesus had every single person, past, present and future, in mind when He chose to make that sacrifice. This is why we are able to identify as children of God. This is why we have eternal life.

Today’s Prayer

Dear God, I thank you for your Son, Jesus Christ, and the fact that He is the reason I have been saved from eternal damnation. Thank you, Father, that I am justified and redeemed thanks to your Son. Were it not for your great act of love, Lord, I fear to think of where I would be. Thank you, Lord, that that is a future I do not need to worry about. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
